Punctuality
Always report for work on time. Show proper I.D. and inform the client/patient that you are from UNITED FAMILY CARE.
Checking In
Call the agency upon arrival at the client/patient's house on your first day.
Dress Code
Wear an appropriate attire. Wear a scrub as possible.
Perfume
Do not put a perfume while in the client/patient's house.
Personal Hygiene
Maintain proper personal hygiene at all times. Must have clean nails, use of deodorant if necessary, daily shower, oral care and clean clothings.
Visitors
No Visitors are allowed in the client/patient's house at anytime.
Telephone Usage
Do not use the client/patient's phone for personal use. Use it only if necessary. Make sure to ask permission before using it.
Requesting for a Reliever
If you need a reliever, call or inform the agency at least 3 days in advance. Never assign anyone if they are not registered with or approved by the agency. You are never allowed to leave the client/patient w/o a reliever.
Change in Work Schedule
You must notify the agency if there are any changes in your regular working schedule.
Change of Address/Telephone number
Notify the agency promptly if you have a change of address and/or telephone number.
Problems at Work
Call or inform the agency with any kind of problem you encounter at work right away.
