Our Caregivers

Applicants are screened for experience, intelligence, loyalty, stability and strong work ethic. Our interview process is substanial. References and work history are examined. A criminal background check is included as part of our interview process. Each must pass health test which includes TB and HIV test.

Our caregivers are compassionate and loving. They are sympathetic to the individual's situation. They provide supporting companionship, aid when needed, medical attention, and activity reminders when asked. They are the hands, eyes and ears for those who they care for.
